If you are inquiring about an order that has not yet arrived, you will hear back from us as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that we are the definition of an American small business; we are entirely family owned and operated. We take great joy in providing something large companies can't, our total attention to detail to each customer's order, amazing products, and a huge amount of pride & satisfaction knowing we are shipping you something we can stand behind.
This kind if quality & attention can't & shouldn't be completed quickly. So depending on order volume, your shipment can take longer than "Big Beard" (lol) would provide you. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 



Because we are a family run small business with custom created products, there may be times that it takes a little longer to fill and ship your order. We always do our very best to fulfill our customers orders in a timely manner, but occasionally during holiday sales when we experience a large number of orders we appreciate your patience while we work to replenish our custom made inventory and ship your orders. If you do have something that is needed by a specific date, please let us know and we will do all we can to ensure it arrives on time.


We want you to be 110% satisfied with your FaceKevlar products, as we work hard to provide you with the best, most badass beard care out there. You can return any defective or unused product within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at for shipping instructions before returning your merchandise. 


We ship worldwide including APO addresses (we love our troops!). We aim to have your order shipped out within 24 hours of your purchase. 

United States- shipping is $5.90 and your order should ship within 1-3 days. Orders over $50.00 ship free.

International orders- shipping is $17.99 and should arrive within 6-10 days. Customs can sometimes hold up your order for a number of days so transit time may be longer than the 10 days. You are responsible for any local customs fees & duties on your order. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping. 


We will not sell or disseminate your email address or any other information to any other companies or mailing lists. We use secure shopping so you can feel safe ordering by credit card.
